Integrated Technology Systems (ITS) is a Georgia corporation which specializes in providing high-tech products primarily utilized within the public safety community. It has become apparent over the past nine years marketing to this audience there is a need for new products and services relative to emerging technological advances. To meet this need, in addition to our current offerings, ITS plans to release several new products and services to further expand our value in the marketplace.
ITS currently is doing business with over 500 state and local government agencies in the southeast. Releasing Thug Findir® into production and distribution through channel partners has expanded our coverage nationwide. In addtion, ITS has several products and accessories currently in development which will support and propel our rapid growth.
Our operating philosophy, "we don't make our money selling equipment; we earn it by making sure that customers remain happy with their decision to purchase", guides our actions with regards to how we manage customers. A positive reputation in any industry is one of the most difficult titles a business can attain, yet it's one of the easiest traits to lose. The ITS commitment to customer satisfaction will ensure that we are well-positioned for success as we move forward.

We can accomplish our mission by continuing to offer and introduce cutting-edge products, performing internal research and development on future products, maintaining a close understanding of market trends and needs, and providing innovative and descriptive marketing materials.
Integrated Technology Systems originally was founded in May, 1999. The company identified its market to be the provider of high-tech products, service, and solutions to the government clientele.

Greg Davis

Greg Davis serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer for Integrated Technology Systems. He started and expanded the company providing advanced technologies to the public safety market. He has managed the growth of the ITS customer base to over 500 agencies with sales of over 5 Million dollars per year just in the southeast. Recently launching the Thug FindIR® product line has expanded our coverage to include all 50 states. With the development of several new Patent-Pending products, ITS will continue to provide value to the public safety market.
Greg is a proven leader in both the public and private sector. He is well-prepared for this role having served 20 years military split between the Marine Corps and National Guard Aviation. In that capacity, he served in a variety of positions including Safety Manager and Standardization Instructor. Prior to his aviation career, he served ten years as a law enforcement officer for the DeKalb County Georgia Police Department.
Greg has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Masters of Business Administration from Shorter College. In addition to his formal education, Greg has completed numerous Safety, Hazardous Material, Aviation and Advanced Police Certifications. With an established history of dedication, strong work ethic, and a commitment to success, he and the professional I.T.S. team are poised for massive growth in the next few years.
David Ratliff

David Ratliff, principal shareholder, serves as the Director of Mobile Service and Product Development whose duties include managing the installation, configuration and training program for our customers and oversight of our Research and Development of future products. In addition to his engineering skills, David has proven to be a very effective manager of our Mobile Service team. His demand for quality and attention to detail has allowed the ITS team to become the standard with regards to installing and servicing the equipment we provide.
Before becoming a partner and member of our talented team, David owned and operated Overseer Systems in Loganville, GA. David is a local industry leader, a well respected businessman, and a highly regarded expert with every agency he served. His knowledge, skills and abilities in emergency equipment, robotics, and system innovation will, undoubtedly, add to the value and success of our organization.
Steve Davis

Steve Davis, principal shareholder, is currently the Director of Sales and Marketing. In addition to his current role Mr. Davis has served as a law enforcement grants manager for the Georgia Governor's Office of Highway Safety and as the Region IV Law Enforcement Specialist for the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration. Mr. Davis has extensive management experience having served as the City Manager and Chief of Police for the City of Stone Mountain, GA and as Chief of Police for the City of Blairsville , GA.
Mr. Davis is a Georgia P.O.S.T. certified instructor and a Master Trainer for NHTSA. Mr. Davis is also an adjunct instructor for the University of North Florida teaching leadership and supervision for the Institute of Police Technology & Management.
Mr. Davis holds an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice, a BS degree in Behavioral Science and a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
